A good driving record is one with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years; no more than three (3) moving violations on the total overall record; no more than four (4) current points.

A driving record which indicates that a license is suspended is only acceptable when accompanied by proper written notification from the Motor Vehicle Administration indicating the suspension is withdrawn.

A driving record indicating that a driver's license is currently revoked or eligible is not acceptable. A driving record indicating a past revocation will be reviewed by the Manager of Employment.
