Fig. 1.1 - This area will contain the bulk of the Service information

	All or almost all service operating on schedule.
	Minor Disruptions - Some diversions in place because of signal or track problems. Some bus routes may be delayed due to a traffic accident or congestion, police activity, inclement weather and/or major events (sports events, concerts, etc)
	Major Disruptions - Widespread delays in service or some service not operating at all. Disruptions may be caused by weather, equipment problems, or accidents.
	No service normally scheduled for today - For example...MARC Train does not operate on weekends and most major holidays.
