The first operator arriving at the loop, will drive all the way around into the loop so that there will be sufficient space for the operator of the second bus to pull up completely into the loop.  If a third operator arrives to take recovery time, the operator of the first bus will leave the loop and proceed to the bus stop on Cylburn Ave, where the balance of his recovery will be taken.  The operator of the second bus will pull into the area vacated by the first operator so that the operator of the third bus can be received in the loop. Operators completing their recovery on Cylburn Ave will depart two (2) minutes later than their scheduled time.  "Do not block driveway at any time".
