May I take a bicycle on MTA trains and buses?

You are welcome to take your bicycle on MTA Light Rail and Metro Subway trains. 

On MARC trains, You may take a folded bicycle and dismantled bicycles.  All bicycles must be enclosed in a suitable carrying case. All MTA buses are not presently equipped with racks; however bike racks are now available on selected routes.  Please contact the Transit Information Center to confirm whether a bicycle rack is available on your selected route and time. 

You may rent a bicycle locker at the following MTA Rail Stations:

Light Rail - Cromwell, BWI Business Park, Timonium, Falls Road, and Lutherville

MARC - BWI Rail Station, and Halethorpe

Metro Subway - Milford Mill Station
